Tamara M. Miller

With a broad spectrum of experiences in strategic planning, operations management, and corporate development in start-ups ranging from health care to high technology, Ms. Miller brings to clients a unique combination of strong business insight and extensive knowledge of organizational effectiveness and performance management. Her 15 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing business operations in high-growth, turnaround and start-up conditions provides the instant understanding required in most business sectors. Ms. Miller attended the University of Pittsburgh where she studied Finance and Health Administration. 

W. Jay Lang Jr.

W. Jay Lang Jr. is a dynamic entrepreneur whose experience spans almost 20 years of direct management experience. Mr. Lang, who has operated and owned profitable businesses in Allegheny County, has an extensive background in management, organizational and leadership development. In addition to his extensive knowledge of managing companies and leading strategic and tactical marketing efforts, he has expertise in sales, research, planning and training. Mr. Lang attended LaRoche College in Pittsburgh and studied Marketing, Graphic Arts and Design.
